Sure - she looks all cute and innocent, but don't be fooled! I think we may have a Point Guard in the making. That's Macy on the far right in the white being double teamed. They have two girls on her because they don't want her to get the ball. They are smart girls, because when Macy gets the ball she is a distributor. She had four assists in her game today, which doesn't sound too impressive until you realize that her team only scored six baskets. Fortunately six was enough to keep our undefeated season alive - the Lynx win! Please don't ask what a Lynx is because we can't tell you. But if you look at the team pic here you can see who the Lynx are. Macy is one of the tallest on the team eventhough she is the only first grader, the other girls are all in second grade.
She loves playing defense and has mad skills in this area. She follows her girl all over the court never letting them touch the ball. One of the girls she was playing against got mad at her because she wouldn't let her get the ball. Macy said sorry - and then continued to deny her the ball. Daddy is proud!

We've always seen how good the boy cousins are in sports, so it's nice to see a girl cousin doing so well too!!
